Experienced Graphic Designer (Hybrid)

At PosiGen, we are passionate about providing money saving solar energy and energy efficiency solutions for people of all income levels. We are seeking an equally passionate Graphic Designer to lead the distribution of a new brand Visual ID system and inbound requests for all types of graphic needs across the organization. This person will also oversee and coordinate project details for creative deliverables and campaigns. Top candidates will be detail-oriented, deadline driven, able to communicate cross-functionally, and have ample professional marketing/graphic design experience.

Essential Job Functions

• Ensures brand consistency and guidelines are followed for creative projects internally and externally to PosiGen
• Oversees the development of both digital and print marketing assets (advertisements, sales sheets, email layouts, clothing design, infographics, social media imagery, etc.)
• Develops marketing production processes and ensuring project milestones are met
• Manages third-party vendor relationships including printers and other vendors
• Responsible to own department management and coordinate payments with Finance
• Reports campaign KPIs to internal stakeholders 
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or comparable degree  
• Min 5 years previous marketing experience 
• Ability to multitask
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience with Cloud Storage (Dropbox, Google Drive), Macintosh Operating System, and Salesforce
• Knowledge of solar power energy field, preferred
