Job Description 

Our Strategy Consulting team is looking for talents with 5+ years of experience in the following industries (FMCG, Retail, Construction, Technology, Defense, Banking, and Insurance) who would like to switch careers to consulting. Dogma Alares gives every “Experienced Hire” a development plan and a coach to help them learn and transition to the consulting profession. Our clients are increasingly valuing consultants with leadership experience in the industry. The results to date have been excellent.

What you will do 

• Execute high-quality fact-based analysis and build analytical/financial models 
• Develop solution recommendations for our clients 
• Support business development efforts of Dogma Alares 

What we look for 

• Minimum '5 years' of industry experience is a 'must' 
• A degree in engineering, management or economics from top universities is required 
• MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred 
• Fluency in spoken and written English is required 
• Excellent analytical, quantitative problem-solving skills and a high level of conceptual thinking are required 
• Ability to work independently is expected 
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for exponential learning are expected 
• Entrepreneurial mindset is preferred
