Job Description

Implement Consulting Group in Switzerland is growing rapidly, and we are looking for experienced, preferably German-speaking management consultants with expertise in supply chain management, supply chain transformation and integrated business planning for our established team in Zurich.

For this reason, we are looking for managers eager to lead projects and develop our supply chain practice in Switzerland.

Job content – change with impact
 

The job content varies but includes:

• Delivering projects to achieve supply chain visions and objectives, developing strategic roadmaps and designing business and impact cases focusing on Europe but with global reach.
• Leading end-to-end supply chain projects and designing planning processes (e.g., inventory optimisation, advanced forecasting, supply and demand planning, S&OP balancing).
• Establishing and running improvement projects in areas such as net working capital optimisation, stock reduction, service level improvements and carbon footprint reduction.
• Implementing state-of-the-art supply chain planning and control tower solutions.
• Developing next-generation technologies and capabilities (e.g., sustainable supply chain planning).
• Being responsible for consistently excellent project execution and managing stakeholders at all levels of client organisations.
• Helping consultants in their personal and professional development inside and outside of projects, as well as training stakeholders, facilitating workshops and leading organisational change.
• Driving business development activities, developing client engagement and actively shaping the development of our team and office in Zurich.

We are looking for people who:
 

• Bring specialised knowledge of end-to-end supply chain management, supply chain planning, network optimisation or digital transformation and are able to translate their knowledge into client solutions.
• Have a passion for supply chain management, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a top management consulting company or boutique.
• Have played a leading role in transformation projects for supply chain planning or supply chain management processes.
• Have started to generate new leads and opportunities.
• Bring professional industry experience in one (or more) of the following areas: life sciences, chemicals, consumer products, retail (FMCG) or industrial products.
• Are interested in shaping the future of the Swiss supply chain management team at Implement Consulting Group in Zurich.
• Are fluent in written and spoken English and preferably German as well.
