Position Overview: We’re seeking a skilled and reliablePlumberto join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid residential and/or light commercial plumbing experience and a desire (or willingness) to cross-train in basic HVAC service and repair. Key Responsibilities: • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (including water heaters, tankless systems, water softeners, drain lines, fixtures, etc.) • Perform diagnostic assessments and provide clear, honest solutions to customers • Collaborate with HVAC technicians and learn basic HVAC system operations as needed • Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers • Follow local plumbing codes and safety standards • Uphold Evolve’s commitment to professionalism, respect, and customer satisfaction on every job Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience as a plumber (licensed preferred but not required) • Ability to troubleshoot and repair common residential plumbing issues • Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude • Interest or willingness to learn HVAC basics (training available) • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Ability to pass background check and drug screening Preferred but Not Required: • EPA Certification or experience with HVAC systems • Bilingual (English/Spanish) What We Offer: • Competitive pay (DOE) • Company vehicle and fuel card • Paid training and opportunities for cross-skilling in HVAC • Supportive, team-oriented culture • Paid holidays and time off • Growth potential within a fast-growing company Ready to evolve your career?
