Job Responsibilities: • The Primary goal of the Sales Representative is to provide a fun and educational experience for customers who come into Oak Lawn Toyota. • The Sales Representative will greet all customers who walk into the dealership, answering questions and educating the public on the Toyota product. • An important responsibility is to create a superior customer experience that represents the Toyota brand the Oak Lawn Toyota values. • Help to improve and change the way of marketing and selling cars to the community by means of social media and networking with family and friends. Requirements: • Strong communication and customer service experience required. • Strong sense of team mentality and reliability. • Ability to work evenings and Saturdays in a retail environment, Automotive Sales experience is a plus. • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and an acceptable and safe driving record. • Must value integrity, personal responsibility, and possess a desire to win! • Must have effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills. • Experience in car sales preferred Additional Beneficial Skills: • Technical aptitude and Computer literacy • Spanish/English Bilingual Skills Job Types: Full-time, Commission Pay: $22,499.00 - $148,173.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Health insurance • Paid time off Compensation Package: • Commission pay • Monthly bonus Schedule: • Day shift • Evening shift • Every weekend Work Location: In person
