工作职责
- 负责浙江地区化工新材料港口码头及船舶行业自动化和数字化解决方案销售
- 聚焦区域重点客户和重点项目
- 针对重点项目制定相应的销售策略和客户计划
- 完成个人销售业绩并协同扩大更多产线产出
- 工作方式以个人主动销售为主与部门同事及支持团队合作完成目标客户的商务技术流程以及项目运作
- 培育大客户打造区域典型案例
- 建设区域内重点行业生态发展高质量合作伙伴
资格
能力要求
- 大学本科及以上学历工业自动化或软件销售背景优先
- 有一定的区域销售经验有大项目大客户成功销售经验
- 熟悉自动化工业软件数字化转型智慧工厂等优先
- 对流程行业石油化工电力冶金有色建材等和混合行业水行业食品饮料生命科学半导体新能源新材料等有较好的行业知识或客户关系
- 优秀的沟通协调能力及呈现技巧
- 优秀自我学习能力
- 能适应频繁出差
- 敢于面临挑战不断突破自我有上进心
