Experienced Secondary Engineer for HV stations

We are looking for a highly motivated Design Engineer for Auxiliary Power Supply System, Control and Protection of Power Transmission Substations, Renewable Energy Plants and Data Centers in global market. In this position, you will create and modify the standard designs of electrical equipment, systems or installations, including standard specifications for manufacturing or construction for assignments by applying standard design concepts.

Tasks:

- The employee designs engineering solutions, including electrical drawings and calculations according to specification. Contributes to design reviews and design verification, modifies design as necessary.
- Follows work plans and cost estimates for work in one's area of responsibility and ensures quality deliverables on time and at targeted cost.

- Collects data and supports production of the engineering design (e.g. creates drafts for the Project Lead Engineer to approve). Assists other engineers (preparation of permit applications, testing, drawings, computer aided design work, etc.).
- Collaborates with the supply chain function, reviews vendor documentation, prepares requests for quotations, provides evaluation of proposals, maintaining the execution of projects, etc.
- Assists in communication with customer pertaining to specific project design assignments or meetings.
- Uses standard processes and tools, assists in developing new processes and tools for reuse of technical solutions.
- Visits site during construction phase. Cooperates his work with the site- and commissioning engineers. Clarifies potential issues or provides solutions to correct identified problems.
- Provides support and direction for entry level drafting and document control team.
