Experienced TIG Welder

SEEKING EXPERIENCED PRECISION TIG WELDERS - FULL TIME You’ll be responsible for various types of weld preparation, welding and weld finishing operations to manufacture product to customer drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction. The desired applicant will take pride in their work and be able to balance quality, productivity, and safety. • POSITION IS LOCATED IN PHOENIX, AZ. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: You are a highly experienced and skilledTIG Welder, who understands various types of welding and weld finishing procedures and understands how to interpret drawings and specs. • You have a minimum of 5+years of experienceand have held materials certification (ex. an AWS welding certificate). Thick and thin wall aluminum and thin wall titanium material capabilities is needed. • You possess strong attention to detail and eye/hand coordination skills. • You have familiarity with welding Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Steel, Titanium, or Inconel. • You possess a strong work ethic and excellent attendance and punctuality. • You will be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background and drug screen. • Experience with Aerospace standards and NADCAP/ISO/AS 9100 is helpful but not required. WHAT YOU WILL DO • You will be a key member of our weld team, requiring minimal supervision to complete your workload according to quality standards and production schedule and to meet all manufacturing needs. • You will always work safely and comply with all safety regulations. • You will maintain equipment and your work area in a clean and organized manner.
