We are seeking a full-time Experiential Manager to join our lean and agile team in Mesa, Arizona. This role will report to the Director of Marketing. The Experiential Manager will be responsible for managing and organizing all consumer interactive events to increase outreach to all potential customers to learn more about EMV products. This role will play a key part in developing strategic marketing objectives to create immersive customer experiences for everyone to learn more about the brand and values of EMV.

This role is responsible for leading and working with teams in organizing attendance at key events such as trade shows and conferences and will be a main point of contact for inquiries regarding event planning. The Experiential Manager will focus their team on organizing the timelines and deliverables needed to arrange a successful experiential event.

A successful applicant will manage a growing team, ensuring employee development is a priority. This person needs to be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams and be well organized in executing potential company events. Innovation and the ability to work cross-functionally to meet organizational deadlines will be critically important in this role.

Requirements

  • Lead internal and agency teams through the planning process of all consumer and organizational experiential programs. This process includes research, creative planning, budget management, production, and post-evaluation, including quantifying the success of events.
  • Ensure event and content contains connectivity to brand strategies and supports experience objectives.
  • Organizes and builds project timelines for event operations to ensure clear communication of event deliverables and milestones are achieved.
  • Develop company resources in best practices and processes for company attendance for events and tradeshows.
  • Ensure experiential events are aligned with the company's products and message to demonstrate clear brand values.
  • Provide innovative ways in creating external relationships with potential vendors and event organizers.
  • Support the concept and execution of consumer interacting events to build company brand awareness.
  • Manage interpersonal relationships with potential event clients by handling inquiries, answering questions to the best of your ability and managing difficult challenges presented.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders in the organization on experiential event strategies to align with company objectives.
  • Lead and facilitate pre-plan meetings to organize departments in aligning with company objectives.
  • Contribute to developing measurable departmental KPIs.
  • Manage, mentor and develop a team in providing leadership and guidance.
  • Conducts performance management and sets goals with their team members.
  • Establish a level of accountability within their team, through empowering and establishing clear responsibilities.
  • Displays dedication, time management and effectively elevates their team when needed.
  • Assists with recruiting and building an effective Marketing team.
  • Other duties as occasionally required by company leadership.
