Traeger is seeking an Experiential Marketing Manager to join our Traeger Team. In this role you will be an integral part of the success of our brand! You will be executing a comprehensive event strategy that generates demand for our brand, reinforcing Traeger Grills as the original creators of the iconic Wood Pellet Grill, and trailblazers in the realm of outdoor cooking.

How You'll Help Us Win:

• Manage day-to-day operational and logistical aspects of Traeger brand events, including food and content experiences
• Responsible for managing the event design and execution of assigned events including developing event identity, audience experience, programming/content, promotion, production & operational musts, and timeline for each assigned event
• Manage Events Activation team including recruiting, hiring and ongoing development
• Attend and activate Marketing events as required to ensure events run smoothly and successfully, including on time arrival, timely set up and take down, and correct brand representation. Must be able to run point on site as lead activator and be able to delegate to a team of staff at various levels of the organization
• Fierce ability for sourcing and obtaining competitive estimates for marketing related materials. Manage vendors and meet all deadlines and ensure cost savings to fit within budget
• Be responsible for all the maintenance and upkeep of event related assets and products: including storage, ordering, and inventory
• Project manage marketing calendars and incoming event briefs
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously; have flexibility to work within in an ever-changing workload while still managing workload by effectively setting, observing and re-evaluating project priorities often
• Align and work cross-functionally with marketing team to execute event integration into all marketing channels by working to generate subsequent demand creation in coordination with respective marketing manager
• Monitor event industry trends and make recommendations to keep events team positioned as a leader in the industry

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• 6-8 years marketing events or project management experience
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, highly collaborative & team-driven work environment
• Basic understanding of printing, materials, and processes
• Well versed in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Project Management platforms
• Excellent organization and planning skills
• Ability to travel up to 40% and work nights and weekends as required
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Eagerness to learn and continually build our brand
• Background or interest in culinary industry a plus
