Experiential Producer - Contract

ATTN: is a media company that breaks down important societal topics and conversations into digestible, entertaining videos and series across all platforms. We are leaders when it comes to reaching people who want context on the issues and conversations that matter to them.

We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to lead in growing our experiential brand partnership business. This position will contribute to the creation of meaningful and impactful experiences that increase revenue, garner press, increase brand awareness, and acquire new fans to ATTN:.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the ATTN: Brand Partnerships & Agency teams by acting as a subject matter expert on experiential proposals, campaigns, and extensions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop plan proposals that include experiential activations. Help creatively develop ideas, source vendors, and price out experiential proposals
• Bidding out proposals internally and with external vendors. Proven relationships with vendors is a plus
• Lead account teams to develop, manage, and execute creative, results-driven, experiential, and marketing programs that fit clients' objectives
• With ATTN’s creative team, help pitch relevant experiential marketing programs with breakthrough ideas
• Always be in touch with culture, trends, and cutting-edge options in the experiential landscape
• Reports to the Chief Business Officer at ATTN
• This is a contract role until EOY

Who You Are:

• At least 5+ years in a client-facing execution-focused role within an experiential agency or publisher
• An extrovert who shows hustle and grit on a daily basis with determination to support revenue goals
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and confidence in presenting ideas with impact and relate across internal teams within the organization
• Highly organized with the ability to handle a heavy workload, mediating client requests while still proactively developing and pitching new executions
• Thorough understanding of social media and content marketing landscape and how experiential can exist seamlessly alongside content
• Thrive in a startup environment and be motivated by the challenge to do things that have never been done
