In addition you will help drive delivery to leading-edge technology in OpenShift IBM Instana.

Your Role and Responsibilities
You will perform tasks related to installation configuration management operation security updates customization integration and problem determination. You can work in both SaaS and on-prem environments.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Installing agents on various platforms such as Docker directly to the host YAML Operator and Helm chart.
• Pinning an agent to a specific version.
• Configuring and instrumenting a website for End User Monitoring (EUM).
• Viewing website monitoring page metrics.
• Administering your Instana Tenant such as onboarding users managing API agent keys and role-based access control (RBAC) configuring user interface settings and viewing audit logs.
• Experience in consulting for OpenShift Ansible Kubernetes Linux
• Experience in scripting with Python
• Have a proven track record of at least 1-2 years of technical client management(remote)
• Have handled difficult customers or situations and can demonstrate resolutions
• Proven ability to navigate data and people to find answers
• Execute customer success plan to drive adoption post-deployment and guide clients through their migration projects
• Experience in operations and support
• Willing to work in different time zones based on client region.
