Expert, General Ledger Accounting

Are you a finance professional with 3-4 years of experience looking to broaden your corporate finance expertise? Paramount is seeking a passionate Intercompany Expert to join our dynamic team. As an Intercompany Expert, you will:

• Oversee accurate and timely accounting, analysis, and reporting for Paramount Global Intercompany transactions.
• Prepare and manage intracompany journal entries, reconciliations, and financial metrics.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Support legal entity level financial assessments and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead and participate in process migrations and improvements within the Intercompany Center of Excellence.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
• Contribute to projects, offer training to junior team members, and drive operational excellence.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 3-4 years in accounting or finance roles, with strong understanding of general accounting principles (US GAAP/IFRS).
• Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) with excellent English communication (B2/C1 or above).
• Mindset: Proactive, innovative, and detail-oriented, with a passion for process improvement.
• Attitude: A collaborative team player with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
