Expert Infrastructura

Provides support to IT systems users, manages servers and equipment from the IT infrastructure of the Zentiva group in Romania.

It carries out documentation and validation activities of the IT systems used in the IT department of the Zentiva group in Romania.

Responsibilities:

Helpdesk support for IT system users:

• Provide support and training to users of the company's computerized systems;

• Provide support for industrial systems with ITS components.

• Installs desktops, laptops, phones, tablets or other IT equipment, according to internal Zentiva procedures

Server administration:

• Ensures the normal operation of the servers assigned to him by the team coordinator

• Ensures the necessary configurations of servers and network equipment within the company's ITS infrastructure.

Documentation and validation of computerized systems:

• Carry out validation and documentation activities, in accordance with the quality procedures in the field of computerized systems in the company.

Carries out operational activities within the contracts for ITS equipment and services with external suppliers:

• Keep in touch with suppliers for orders, reception of equipment and ITS services.

Profile:

Higher education, preferably in fields similar to the activity carried out

Professional experience: min. 2 years in a similar position

Experience and knowledge:

• Administration of Windows Workstation and applications installed on workstations;

• Windows server administration and server configuration;

• Networking

• Validation of computerized systems;

• Knowledge of the English language at an average level
