Four our client in the public secteur, we are looking for an IT Project Manager for Social Security Development Projects
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for development projects in the field of Social Security. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager and possess the skills and knowledge to lead complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development projects for administrative management solutions.
- Establish and manage project scope, planning, and budget.
- Anticipate and report project progress to stakeholders.
- Promote effective teamwork and collaboration among different stakeholders.
- Guide team members in their professional development and actively participate in their growth.
- Maintain team cohesion and foster open communication.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager.
- Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, and Prince2 methodologies.
- Proficiency in technologies such as Java, Angular, and REST web services.
- Strong project management skills, including scope, planning, and budget management.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and promote collaboration.
- Experience leading development projects for administrative management solutions.

Additional Information

Preferred Skills:
- Confirmed knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Java and API development.
- Strong project management experience, including conducting interviews and workshops.
- Familiarity with SAFE framework.
- You are fluent in Dutch, English and French
