Job Overview: Adaptive Roofing is hiring an experienced (5 years of dedicated roofing experience required), and capable roofer to join our in-house team. Adaptive Roofing performs replacements of composite-asphalt roofing on residential structures. Candidates must have complete mastery of the residential shingle reroofing process, necessary carpentry skills and equipment, and the ability to install material at a level of quality exceeding that of the industry standard at a reasonable pace. Candidate must be fluent in English. Duties: - Tear-off - Substrate replacement, full and partial - Dry-in - Material Installation - Repair Calls - Maintain superior quality workmanship at all times - Read through and be familiar with all manufacturer specifications with which you are not yet familiar for all products in our roof assemblies We offer industry-leading compensation based on experience and capability. About us Adaptive Roofing is an asphalt composite roofing company based out of Renton, WA. Our projects are primarily located in Pierce County and South King County. Building science and manufacturer spec are critical to our roofing systems, which gives customers the confidence that their roof will be installed correctly. This also allows us to diagnose problems that other companies have mislabeled and avoid future issues with the roof and related elements of the building envelope. Our installations are all uniquely engineered for the structure so every project is different from the last.
