Job Description

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $160,800 - $241,200 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric is recruiting for an Export Control Post Merger Integration Project Manager in Raleigh, NC; Nashville, TN, Boston, MA or in Europe; London, UK; Barcelona, Spain or Paris, France.

Position Summary
  • This position represents the Global Export Control Center of Excellence in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Divestments and Post Merger Integration (PMI) activities
  • Responsible for driving the successful implementation of the Schneider Electric export control program in acquired entities through frequent trainings, communication, stakeholder engagement and continuous support


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the deployment and adherence of the company's global export control program as a member of the Global Export Control Center of Excellence (CoE)
  • Support the development, management and enhance M&A, PMI (including trust standards) and divestment related export control and sanction compliance processes, documentation, and tools
  • Stakeholder engagement of parties including but not limited to M&A project management team, M&A legal counsels, post-merger integration team, PMI integration managers, Entity Single Point of Contacts (SPOCS) etc.
  • Management of 3rd party vendors providing M&A, PMI & divestment export control & sanction compliance due diligence (DD) services (including but not limited to relevant global and/or engagement contracts)
  • Be the global subject-matter-Expert (SME) on M&A, PMI (including trust standards) & divestment within the Export Control Center of Excellence
  • Lead and support export control & sanction compliance Pre-Acquisition activities, post-merger integration (PMI) activities, and investment activities
  • Report and communicate in a timely manner to relevant stakeholders the development & changes of export control and sanction compliance regulations and requirements; especially when the changes have any business and/or operational impacts to them
  • Works closely with newly acquired entities and global export control Single Points of Contact (SPOCs) during the PMI phase to ensure that they complete the integration mandatory tasks action items as well as meeting Schneider Electric E trust standards for export control and sanction

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Competent and relevant knowledge and experience of international export control regulations and export control program development & management
  • Competent knowledge and prior M&A, post-merger integration and divestment working experience
  • Proficiency with MS office applications
  • 10% travel domestically and internationally when required

  • Demonstrated ability to both leading a team and being a team player
  • Excellent oral and written skills
