Export Ordering Analyst 2 Supply Chain Management
Job Description
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The Export Ordering Analyst 2 Supply Chain Management is primarily responsible for directly interfacing with assigned overseas Export Accounts to ensure vehicle orders are submitted accurately and on-time. Orders will be placed monthly in DRAGON - interactive web based ordering system. This position will be the key coordinator amongst Export Accounts, Logistics, Regional Production Control, and Manufacturing to assure that each group receives the information needed to produce and deliver vehicles to Export accounts.
In addition to ordering responsibilities, this position will also be responsible for the following account management functions:• Ensure accounts adhere to monthly ordering milestones and regulations• Collect, analyze, and distribute account annual Business Plan volume forecasts• Collect and analyze monthly Carflows and volume submissions• Investigate and communicate vehicle order and delivery status• Facilitate account meetings and discussions• Perform monthly DRAGON volume allocation• Occasional travel to Smyrna and Canton manufacturing facilities for port checks
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
The following qualification factors reflect the minimum skills and abilities required of the qualified applicant.• Bachelor's Degree required (prefer Logistics/Supply Chain, Engineering, or Finance)• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills• Ability to adjust work schedule to support occasional evening/weekend meetings and tasks • Good presentation and writing skills• Ability to effectively collaborate multi-culturally and cross-functionally• Proficiency in all MS Office Programs with emphasis on Access and Excel required• Experience in Vehicle Ordering and Production Scheduling preferred
