Express Care PA

CANDIDATE PARAMETERS:

• Physician Assistant
• American Citizen or FMG
• Great communication skills and empathy are required.
• Board-Certified

EMPLOYMENT ARRANGEMENTS:

• Hospital employment
• Contract includes

o Initial agreement 36 month term, will consider longer terms

o Base salary: negotiable based on experience 3 year average of MGMA median for APP palliative care, $108,000

o Sign on bonus: $5,000

o CME: annually 5 days and $3,000

o PTO: contracted to work 46 weeks per year, all other time is for PTO and UPMC observed holidays

o Incentive

• Potential to earn 5% of base salary in quality and citizenship incentive
• Production incentive based on wRVU

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Monday-Friday: 11:00 am-7:00 pm
• Call requirements: None
• Start: As soon as possible
• EMR system: Epic
