• Responsible for the efficient handling of low complexity physical damage losses, tasks and documents
Responsibilities
- Verify coverage, proper assignment of estimate channel, rental, including monitor and confirm proper invoicing if total loss, and prompt payment of various physical damage and CAT claims
• Complete timely investigations to identify potential referrals to other business areas
• If individual is assigned to the Total Loss team, responsibilities include processing claims and targeted topics in total loss phone queue.
