About the role

This is a 2-year Graduate Program in the heart of our business, the Hub. It is like no other! Here you will earn industry recognised certifications and have dedicated mentorship and a personalised career path. It is a program dedicated to your growth. And the best bit - you will receive 6 monthly pay increases!

A typical day

• Service inbound calls and delight customers across all areas of our business
• Learn, hands-on, our tech and services.
• Technically troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve faults.
• Collaborate with all levels of technical teams to solve problems as quickly as possible.
• Catch up with your manager to review your performance and development plan.
• Have fun and celebrate with your teammates.
