The IT, Support & Maintenance team is our newest department. We are looking for people who are motivated and ready to bring out the best in themselves. As the Support & Maintenance team leader said, we are seeking bright-eyed people.

The team has four main directions regarding the technologies and services they offer.

1. Support: Provide all the support behind the solutions delivered by Hiflylabs.

2. Maintenance: Ensure support outside the services offered by Hiflylabs.

3. IT consultancy: Client support, consulting activities, process optimization, monitoring and operation development.

4. IT: Internal environment, servers, users, and network support.

Job Description

In the near future we expect to work on Databricks-focused projects, so if you are interested or already have the knowledge, we would be happy to get in touch with you!

Responsibilities

• Manage Databricks system configurations (including job scheduling, secrets and cluster policies)
• Ensure the right performance of the Databricks platform
• Ensure the customer satisfaction by coordinating the resources of the Databricks Platform DevOps Engineer
• Improve the Databricks platform (integration, new features, additional services)
• Discuss the ideal and optimal usage of the Databricks platform with customers
• Provide L2 support and consult with L3 support if necessary
• Manage Azure storage and network configuration
• Give advanced troubleshooting assistance and technical support

Qualifications

Requirements

• Advanced Databricks knowledge and relevant certifications
• Minimum intermediate Azure knowledge and relevant certifications
• Minimum intermediate Terraform knowledge and relevant certifications
• Minimum intermediate CI/CD knowledge and relevant certifications
