Exterior Selections Coordinator

We are pleased to announce the relocation of our corporate headquarters to Greenway Plaza's Phoenix Tower in Houston's Upper Kirby neighborhood, with the move expected to be completed by the Fall of 2023.

The Exterior Selections Coordinator is primarily responsible for processing exterior selection sheets and change orders on a daily basis and supporting the Selections and Product Development Departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for processing exterior selection sheets and change orders.
• Process exterior selections in Sales Hub.
• Assist with preparing materials for presentations and trainings.
• Maintain Selections Department samples (brick, stone, and paint).
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Process change order requests from the field / Construction.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the Selections Department.
• Complete projects on short notice with extreme time constraints.
• Assist Sales Professionals with providing exterior selections to potential homebuyers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
• Current, valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Requires at least 1 year of general work experience.
• Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. AutoCAD a plus.
