Job Description

• To engage with External Organizations (especially governmental and regulatory bodies) on routine matters of Indorama Nigeria.
• To process documents, write and review responses to External Entities (especially Government, Semi Government Agencies & Regulatory bodies) and follow through on the same with these Entities.
•  To understand the requirements for new applications and renewals of current licences/certificates etc. with different Ministries and Regulatory bodies.
• To perform research activities online and offline (by meeting officers and Managers in External Entities) for any new requirements that the company may have and share accurate feedback & assessment.
• To navigate the organization structures of External Entities up to mid & senior level to deliver desired outcomes.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of relevant experience in the Chemical/ Manufacturing industry or the industry where external affairs is Strategic
• Knowledge of local, Governmental & Regulatory professional practices & processes.
• Excellent Formal Communication Skills (Written & Oral).
• Good Analytical & Comprehension skills
• Attention to Detail
• Proficiency in Word, Excel & Power point
