Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Data & AI/ML Ops Team, validating the AI features we’re releasing on Protect.

AI Quality Assurance:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for AI features, focusing on accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with the CV and Audio AI developers to understand model requirements and identify potential failure points.
• Document and analyze test results, identify and track bugs, and work with the AI team to resolve issues, ensuring high-quality releases.
• Prevent regression issues by implementing robust testing strategies and participating in code reviews.

Automation QA:

• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools for Data QA and AI QA testing, ensuring consistent and repeatable testing processes.
• Integrate automation tools with existing QA workflows, monitoring their performance and stability.
• Continuously improve and optimize automation tools and processes to enhance test coverage and efficiency.

Requirement

• Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PyTest, Shell Script…etc).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English communication

Nice to have

• Experience working with surveillance systems or similar products.
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly in Computer Vision and Audio processing.
• Understanding of basic AI/ML evaluation metrics (PR-Curve, mAP etc.)
