Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. This means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite on a regular basis.

Pratt & Whitney's Military Engines Division is seeking an F100 Senior Integration Manager.
In this role you will lead the F100 Integrated Program Management Team (IPMT) for the F100 with total responsibility and accountability for execution of cost, schedule, and quality for the life of the program. Customers include the United States Air Force and 23 foreign militaries.
You will be accountable for translating business, contractual, and operational requirements into program requirements for all supporting organizations (Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Contracts, Finance, et al.) and managing daily execution of the program to ensure compliance with established governance processes and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and ensure adherence to program governance processes, established budgets, schedules, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Establish annual targets and KPI's based on program contractual and corporate objectives. Establish monitor and control tower metrics within the CORE framework.
- Develop action plans, identify resources, timelines, risks and opportunities, and interdependencies.
- Translate technical risks into P&L impacts in tandem with business and finance teams.
- Facilitate teaming and communication / stakeholder management across P&W programs and support organizations.
- Aggregate and assess programmatic risks, set priorities, develop mitigation and recovery plans as required.
- Program reporting responsibilities including but not limited to executive/senior executive level management, US government officials, foreign customers, and regulatory authorities.
- You possess a high level of organizational skills and multitasking ability.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- A minimum of 12+ years of program management and business management experience required.
- At least 5 years of leadership/supervisory experience required.
- US Citizenship is required due to government contracts.
- Advanced degree and 7+ years of prior relevant experience a big plus.
- O365 Suite SharePoint/MS Teams experience
- Technical experience in aerospace and/or aviation industry
- Aerospace supply chain management process knowledge
- Business acquisition / bid and proposal process knowledge
- MMP/FMP management process knowledge
- Export regulatory compliance process knowledge
