Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. This means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite on a regular basis.

The F100 Strategy team Associate Director is responsible for setting the strategy for a wide range of F100 program initiatives.
Some of the strategic initiatives include F100 Depot and part level licensing, , identifying new cost reduction opportunities, crafting a digital roadmap, establishing digitally integrated business systems, helping develop solutions to clear work stops & promote new inductions, and sustainability strategy.
You will require the ability to bring together a wide variety of stakeholders and get their buy-in to ensure crafting of an effective and implementable strategy.
You will have the ability to build trust and strong working relationships with internal organizations, including Operations, Engineering, Digital, Quality, GSC, Legal and Finance.
You will have the opportunity to positively impact the future of the F100 Program, and to impact Military Engines and P&W financials. This role reports to the Director of Strategy, F100 Program.
Creating a shared vision, strategic alignment, focus on results, customer focus, and business judgment are key competencies for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop short-term & long-term strategies in partnership with functional teams to close gap to F100 business plan
- Identify and assess new revenue generation opportunities and new services to customers
- Help establish digitally integrated business systems for F100, lead development of digital solutions to streamline current business operations
- Shape F100 sourcing strategy, engage in portfolio shaping exercises such as partnership agreements and licensing transactions to shore up our supply base
- Devise and implement engine configuration/ BOM management solutions to help streamline fleet and parts management for F100 customers
- Advocate for culture change to drive process improvements with internal and external stakeholders. Mobilize and influence colleagues charged with executing strategies
- Benchmark efforts in new and emerging technology domains, identify digital capability and technology gaps in F100 portfolio.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or any related field is required.
- A minimum of 12+ Years of experience in Strategy, Manufacturing, Business process, Operations Supply Chain, Quality, Digital Technology is required OR an advanced degree with 7 years of experience in the aforementioned areas required.
- Minimum of 5 years exposure to digital tools and platforms including SAP, Qlik, Python, Azure/ AWS cloud, etc.
- US Citizenship is required due to government contracts.
- 6+ years of strategic program or project management experience strongly preferred
- Background in Material management, Industrial operations, and/or Inventory management knowledge. Inventory, demand planning or supply chain experience
- Demonstrated ability to connect diverse interests and customer needs to determine, define, identify strategic opportunities in the businesses
- Demonstrated 'digital influencer' leadership capability. Exposure to digital tools & technologies: full stack technologies, Github, Jira, Agile concepts, Cloud based tools (Azure Gov Cloud/ AWS).
- Exposure to Aerospace production, manufacturing, and supply chain concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results through influence in a cross functional engagement.
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with all levels of internal senior leadership, and externally with partners and customers
- Ability to remain self-driven and highly motivated in a fast-paced team environment.
