We are seeking a F100 Program Manager. You will be responsible for supporting the Republic of China Air Force (ROCAF) in Taiwan as an F100 International Customer with all of their Program needs.
Special focus includes demand planning and forecasting, contract negotiations and management, and coordination across the Integrated Program Management Team (IPMT) and Integrated Sustainment Management Team (ISMT) to ensure all customer support requirements are met.
This is a high visibility role that interfaces with all business functions including logistics program management, material management, production, component improvement, engine management, operations, finance and more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction for a portfolio of customers
- Develop an integrated business picture and forecast of customer demand and supply status
- Make recommendations on priorities and allocation of scarce resources.
- Work with customers and the IPMT/ISMT to ensure contract modifications and new contracts are negotiated and in place within lead time.
- Lead marketing campaign to and contract negotiations to transition customer from transactional ordering arrangements and basic ordering agreements to full Transactional and Material Management Programs.
- Provide oversight for the coordination and execution of customer visits
- Responsible for maximizing margin for a portfolio of customers
- Ensure that logistics interface is provided with customers from flight line interface to Sustainment performance as appropriate for each customer
- Ensure funding is identified to meet customer unique requirements
- Manage customer specific business /operations metrics and forecasts.
- Responsible for managing contract execution including profit and loss for a portfolio of customers.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, engineering, marketing is required. Non-technical degrees will be considered if the candidate has appropriate / related experience.
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in product or program management, general management, maintenance management, operations management or some combination is required.
- At least 3+ years of experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes with demonstrated business success
- US Citizenship is required due to government contracts.
- International business experience
- Excellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
- Demonstrated conflict resolution capability and ability to develop strong internal and external relationships
- Previous customer facing and program management experience
- Experience in pricing strategy, negotiations, and contracts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
- SAP & Microsoft Office knowledge
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, data-driven, and entrepreneurial environment
- Proven organizational and project management skills
- Forwarding thinking, strategic planning experience
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to analyze data and develop metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes
- Marketplace or Supply Chain experience
- Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills
