Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. This means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite on a regular basis.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.
Summary:
Reporting to the F135 Sustainment Program Integration Manager (PIM), this position will be primarily responsible for providing program support necessary for key objective execution and team alignment. Tasks would include, but not be limited to, the coordination of key meeting materials and team flow-down communications. This position, in conjunction with the PIM, is responsible for shaping and enhancing total-team alignment and ensuring execution of key program objectives. Therefore, a creative, process-focused individual will best-suite this role. This is a hybrid position, based in East Hartford, CT.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Support Integrated Sustainment Management Team (ISMT) agenda and action items
- Manage F135 Sustainment SharePoint content
- Maintain organizational charts
- Influence culture change through meeting/ email norm documentation and team distribution
- Coordinate teambuilding and award events
- Create key onboarding documents, enhancing new employee experience
- Maintain team distribution lists
Basic Qualifications:
- This position requires a bachelor's degree 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and 3 years' experience
- Strong administrative, organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required
- US Citizenship is required due to government contracts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic F135 program knowledge a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
- Demonstrates self-starting initiative
- Ability to organize and execute a variety of tasks and projects, simultaneously
- Teamwork oriented attitude
- Travel not anticipated
