Job Description:
Main Responsibilities
- Controlling P&L items and follow up recording process by project, cost center and activity,
- Making monthly financial analysis and financial closing according to the IFRS standards,
- Assisting the preparation of annual budget/forecast within budget calendar according to HQ,
- Preparing and making analysis of Budget vs. Actual reports for senior management and for departments,
- Following all financial procedures and daily financial activities properly and giving feedback if needed,
- Responsible for Treasury, daily Cash Flow management, managing AR and AP process, TAX payment, rent and salary payment.
- Â CF Forecast preparation
- Following accruals related to monthly closure,
- Keeping in touch with external tax auditors and independent auditors and supporting them when it is needed.
- Follow up inflation accounting procedures, making journal entries for also IFRS reporting
- Follow up General Assembly process with lawyers
Fundamental requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance (Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines),
• Advanced knowledge of English (level C1),
• Previous experience of at least 5 years of a function in Finance, preferably in budget planning, analysis, and reporting,
• Thorough knowledge of IFRS standards,
• Good knowledge of the Office package, mainly Excel at an advanced level.
