We are looking for and energetic individual that is organized to assist in the support of our Regional Distribution Centers and Affiliated Showrooms. This position will be responsible for maintaining the Facilities for warehouses and showrooms across the US.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Act as the company liaison between, architect firm and general contractors to develop and implement building modifications.
  • Analyze and plan for facility needs to support overall operations.
  • Work with property owners/management for the maintenance of leased properties.
  • Develop and manage outsource service contracts relative to facility related equipment, HVAC, janitorial, grounds maintenance, dock equipment, life safety systems, etc.
  • Maintain security requirements for facility including badging, alarms, security services, security clearance levels and security protocols.
  • Planning and coordinating infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activities.
  • Audit and inspect buildings, sites and millwork for appearance, repairs and maintenance work required.
  • Develop capital plans based on facility needs and direction from site leadership.
  • Manage capital projects as defined including, but not limited to, facility construction, remodels, and equipment replacement.
  • Support facility safety requirements including definition and implementation of emergency services, procedures, and protocols.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with governing local, state and federal codes and regulations.
  • Lead and/or support cost reduction projects.
  • Travel 40% of year.
  • Other duties as assigned.
