Facilities Manager
Pay from $100,000 to $170,000 per year

Position Responsibilities
Manage diverse facilities teams including maintenance, security, grounds and custodial workers at a site including 1 million square-feet of workspace.
Oversee accurate completion of carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, heating / ventilating and roofing tasks.

Accurately plan and oversee branch facility budgets, capital expenses and projects.
Inspect buildings, sites, and equipment to identify needed repair and maintenance work.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed and troubleshoot issues to determine cause and solution.
Work with vendors and oversee execution of contracted services.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
At least 3 years of leadership experience, with 5+ years of previous warehouse facilities experience preferred.
Experienced in plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, electrical systems, data center, landscaping and CMMS system.
Some weekend and evening work.
