Job Summary
Working within the Facilities Operations and Maintenance department, the Facilities Operations Supervisor supervises employees who maintain and repair facilities infrastructure systems and equipment. The supervisor sets priorities, forecasts and allocates resources needed to perform routine, corrective and preventive maintenance, installations and modifications.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supervising and supporting technicians working in the HVAC and Plumbing trades.
- Interview, hire, train and manage the performance of technicians to ensure their growth and success within the O&M department.
- Assigning work, monitoring workflow and ensuring work is completed on time and according to specifications.
- Procuring and overseeing vendors responsible for services such as chillers and boilers maintenance, water treatment, gas detection systems, LN2 systems, café hoods, grease traps and drain systems to name a few.
- Working with the Design and Engineering team on construction and capital improvement projects reviewing drawings and submittals and providing subject matter expertise as it relates to HVAC and plumbing.
- Coordinating with Capital Planning team providing forecasts for capital and overhead equipment replacement.
What You Need to be Successful
Minimum Requirements:
- Combination of Associates Degree and four years of related mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing experience in a supervisory role, OR six years or more of related mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing experience in a supervisory role.
- Valid US driver's license.
- This position requires ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which is issued by the US government. U.S citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Experience overseeing and/or providing support to construction projects
- Experience using a computerized maintenance management system
- Hands-on experience operating building automation controls with the ability to identify and correct issues related to the system
We offer a competitive compensation package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business. The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills.

$85,546 - $102,773 - $120,000
Pay Basis: Annual
