Job Title: Facilities Specialist

Job Summary: This role provides support for a variety of facilities related tasks, such as mail distribution, assisting with corporate events, maintaining spreadsheets, updating intranet pages, space planning, and facility operations.

What you’ll do

  • Posts, checks and delivers the mail daily.
  • Re-stock all office supplies and equipment in designated areas.
  • Sets up conference rooms for weekly executive meetings; ensures conference rooms are ready for the next day’s meetings.
  • Ensures kitchen areas are organized and stocked with supplies.
  • Daily maintenance of equipment through-out the office, scheduling service calls when needed.
  • Coordinates and assists with employee and departmental office moves.
  • Assists with employee events, coordinates deliveries, set-up, tear downs as necessary.
  • Assists with facilities ticket requests.
  • Performs other special projects as assigned.           

What you’ll bring

  • One (1) to two (2) years of related experience.
  • Demonstrable interpersonal and administrative skills
  • Experience and familiarity of iOffice software is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High School Diploma or equivalent years of experience

  • Base salary range: 44000.00 - 66000.00 $. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. It is common for TPCi to start employees below the midpoint of the range. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates qualifications and experience uniquely.
