Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Facilities Team conduct facilities and property administration, office planning, corporate leasing and/or real estate coordination. They work closely and provide advice and counsel to company and/or vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions or modifications or leasing and real estate activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of general administration support to the Company under Facilities.
  • Manage and support daily operations with close collaboration with all functions team members
  • Manage cost allocation, payments and preparing reports etc
  • Manage office supplies & equipment purchasing, local & oversea mailing service, telecommunications, janitorial & office cleaning service, carpark allocation, company mobile phone program, etc
  • Handle expats lease and related matters
  • Manage office security related matters such as access control & CCTV system, visitor registration, etc
  • Liaise with internal and external parties effectively
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and vendors, monitor and follow up the work progress and performance
  • Liaise with other external agencies and service providers to deliver high quality of support services
  • Liaise between tenants, landlord and contractors for planned maintenance
  • Handle company travel program including airline and hotel RFP, concur system, employees' enquiries, etc
  • Assist in procurement and tendering
  • Assist in company enterprise risk & security matters, health & safety programs and substitutability initiatives / projects
  • Assist in preparing annual budget and monitor its implementation
  • Assist in office space management, office modification and renovation projects
  • Coordinate and provide support to various company events and activities, such as annual party, festival parties, health & safety, wellness, corporate responsibilities, etc
  • Provide support for various company committees and activities
  • Supervise a reception in carrying out the duties
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties or tasks as assigned
