Key Accountabilities:

• Ensuring that basic facilities (e.g., water and heating) are well-maintained
• Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health, and security standards
• Maintain adequate parts inventory and order items as necessary
• Execute equipment audits
• Coordinate with outside contractors for the service and repairs of equipment

• Updating and maintaining vendor management lists
• Desk move assistance 
• Maintaining and updating our seating software 
• Managing equipment and supply needs
• Daily walkthrough of the facilities to check rooms and furniture for maintenance 

Key Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience working in facilities or property management; commercial real estate or professional services industry is preferred
• Effective communication skills (oral and written)
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Experience with data entry, equipment logging and reporting, scheduling, and vendor management is a plus
• Exposure to IT desktop support is a plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including but not limited to after-hours and weekends
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment with a collaborative and proactive attitude
• Physically able to lift up to 30lbs
