Facility and Warehouse Specialist
Job Description

This position reports to the Office Manager and is responsible for all duties and responsibilities in the warehouse and serves as back-up to maintenance and facilities staff.
What the Facility and Warehouse Specialist will do:
- Shipping and receiving duties to include receiving skids/packages which will be entered into iVUE software and distributed appropriately.
- Operate forklift, baler machine and electronic floor jack equipment.
- Process e-store orders from customers.
- Monitor levels of inventory and notifies Office Manager when reorder points are reached.
- Work closely with Automated Mailroom Services, keeping them supplied with the materials necessary for production.
- Follow insert procedure, as written.
- Shops and delivers supplies needed for company.
- Serves as backup to Lead Facility Maintenance personnel.
- Assist facilities with maintenance projects.
- Assist facilities with vehicle maintenance on NISC’s fleet of cars.
Experience:
- Familiarity with PCs.
- Ability to interact in a positive manner with internal and external contacts.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Commitment to NISC's Statement of Shared Values.
Required Education:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
