Our Gibson facility plays a key role in delivering high-quality cannabis products across Arizona, and we're looking for a dependableFacility Custodianto help keep our environment clean, safe, and compliant every day.What You'll Do As the Facility Custodian, you'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout our Gibson facility. Your work helps ensure a professional and compliant space for our cultivation and processing teams to operate efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, and common areas • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors and high-touch surfaces • Restock restrooms with soap, paper towels, and other supplies • Clean and maintain breakroom areas, including appliances and counters • Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the facility • Maintain outdoor entrances and surrounding areas, removing debris as needed • Assist with cleaning in grow and processing areas as directed, following sanitation protocols • Monitor janitorial supplies and notify management when stock runs low • Report maintenance issues promptly • Assist with light facility tasks such as furniture setup or organizing storage spacesWhat We're Looking For Requirements: • Must be21 years or older • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods • Able to lift up to50 lbsand handle repetitive motion tasks • Must pass abackground check • Must be able to obtain aFacility Agent Cardfrom the Arizona Department of Health Services Preferred Qualifications: • Previous custodial, janitorial, or sanitation experience - ideally in a grow or manufacturing setting • Understanding of safety and sanitation protocols in regulated environments • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independentlyWhy Join JARS Cannabis? • Competitive pay and benefits • A supportive, team-oriented culture • Opportunities for growth within Arizona's leading cannabis company • Work that directly supports the quality and compliance of our operations If you are excited to kickstart your career in the cannabis industry and contribute to the success of JARS Cannabis, apply now!
