(Fall) International Product Strategy Co-Op: June to December 2024

Summary

              The International Product Strategy team is the link between our markets and SharkNinja global headquarters.  At SharkNinja, we chart a course, learn and pivot across 28 different categories – the Product Strategy team develops assortments, communicates product features and value stories to the internal sales and operations teams, and drives top and bottom line growth of the SharkNinja business.  The Product Strategy Intern will understand the how and why behind each product launch in our Canadian business, and help build the materials support a winning strategy.  At SharkNinja, we believe extraordinary thinking is our competitive advantage – we embrace that winning is a team sport; we work together and challenge one another to deliver 5-star products.  This position will report to the Director of Product Strategy for Canada, and support both the Shark and Ninja product portfolios. 

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the SharkNinja product portfolio
• Manage product samples and track distribution to Canada sales and marketing teams
• Review and approve product details and content w/ support from broader strategy team 
• Collaborate w/ strategic sales team to create assortments, pricing and channel strategy
• Create/Aggregate sell-in material on NPD for internal sales
• Track changes to NPD mass production dates and relay impact to strategy team
• Support NPD kickoff process with Product Strategy managers
• Track changes to product costs and communicate updates accordingly
