Position Details:
•  This collegial team of two primary care MD's and five primary care APPs are seeking a dynamic family medicine provider to join their growing group
•  Heavy outpatient practice with a true 4-day work week; 32 patient contact hours per week
•  Uncapped earning potential with no production quotas
•  Modern facility equipped with advanced medical technology, in-house specialists, APPs, specialized clinics, and more
•  Optimal clinical efficiency with two dedicated support staff plus a scribe
•  Opportunity for leadership and optional ED shifts, if desired

Compensation & Benefits:
•  Highly competitive $315k base salary plus production bonuses and quality incentive bonuses
•  Current providers in the practice are earning $650k+
•  $100k recruitment incentive package to include relocation, commencement, and retention bonuses
•  8+ weeks PTO, $100k student loan repayment, IPERS, malpractice with tail, and more
•  Additional $39k per year for covering call
