OPPORTUNITY
Busiest Critical Access Hospital in northwest Iowa seeks exceptional Family Medicine physician to join their collegial group. - Join a core group of 6 MDs (all who provide OB services) and 3 NPs.
- Outpatient/inpatient with no obstetrics or ED requirement. Option for outpatient-only if desired.
- EPIC EMR
- 4 or 4.5 day workweek; 20-25 ppd
- 2-year income guarantee with option to transition to production compensation after 1st year; fast practice ramp up expected.
- 290k recruitment incentives + 1k/month residency stipend beginning month contract is executed
