Busiest Critical Access Hospital in northwest Iowa seeks exceptional Family Medicine physician to join their collegial group. Join a core group of 6 MDs (all who provide OB services) and 3 NPs.

- Outpatient only. Option for inpatient. No OB or ED requirement
- Flexibility to focus on your area of interest (e.g., women's health, sports, adult, geriatrics, pediatrics, etc.)
- EMR=EPIC; Dragon dictation & AI scribe
- 36 patient hours with flex scheduling options; 20-25 ppd
- 2-year income guarantee; fast practice ramp up expected
- 400k proven earnings
- 290k recruitment incentives + 1k/month residency stipend beginning month contract is executed
- 6 weeks PTO, 5 days/5k CME
