Position Details:
•  Join an established team of 2 Family Medicine physicians and 4 APP's
•  Flexible 4-day work week with the ability to template your day to your preferences
•  See anywhere between 17-23 patients per day
•  Opportunity to incorporate both inpatient and Emergency Medicine, if interested

Compensation & Benefits:
•  Salary guarantee plus additional incentives - total compensation in the 75th percentile of MGMA
•  $150K Community Loan Assistance to be used at your discretion - can be a sign-on package
