• Join an established team of 11 primary care physicians and 20 advanced practice providers who use a Medical Home approach to care
• The position is 100% outpatient with minimal call responsibilities
• Work a manageable schedule of 32 patient contact hours per week, seeing 16-20 patients per day
• $300,000 earning potential from a guaranteed base salary and production incentive bonuses
• Additional financial Incentives: $200,000 sign-on, $15,000 relocation, full medical benefits, and retirement with match
