We are seeking a family medicine physician to join a 100% outpatient practice in beautiful, rural Wisconsin:

Position:
•  4-day workweek
•  16-18 patients per day
•  Zero call
•  Visiting specialists to support the FM team
•  Brand new, up-to-date clinic
•  Visa candidates welcome to apply

Compensation:
•  Two-year guarantee - $325K+
•  $100K sign-on
•  Relocation- negotiable
•  4 weeks vacation
•  2 weeks CME
