Family Medicine Opportunity in Philadelphia, PA

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join our Nazareth- Family Medicine Holme practice located in Philadelphia Pennsylvania.

The selected candidate will join one experienced Physician, one Physician Assistant and a dedicated team of support staff. Enjoy a traditional outpatient practice (no rounding, no nursing homes) caring for the whole family.

• Monday - Friday, clinic hours
• Monday: 8:00am-7:00pm
• Tuesday: 8:00am-6:00pm
• Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00am-5:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am-1:00pm
• 1:7 shared call
• Medical and Administrative support
• 18 patients per day
• ACO clinical wraparound support services
• In-network specialist referral
• EPIC EMR

Requirements:

• BE/BC in FM
• License or license eligible to practice in Pennsylvania
• DEA
• Open to graduating residents
