Family Medicine Physician

Palomar Health Medical Group seeks a Family Medicine Physician to join our multi-specialty, not-for-profit practice in Ramona, California, a growing small town just a short drive from San Diego. New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver preventive care, health maintenance, and treatment for acute and chronic illnesses to patients of all ages.
• Establish and maintain strong patient-physician relationships to promote long-term health and wellness.
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families on lifestyle and wellness strategies.
• 100% outpatient; no in-patient responsibilities

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
• Valid medical license in California
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care
