Independent, physician-owned multispecialty group of 60 providers seeks Family Medicine physician due to retirement. Deeply engrained in the community because they live there too, many staff and professionals have been with the clinic 20-35 years and have cared for generations of families!

THE OPPORTUNITY
- Join an established group of 27 FM providers (18 physicians, 9 APPs) where your voice matters!
- Medical Care Teams consisting of providers and nurses work together to ensure your patients receive high quality and timely care.
- Outpatient-only, no weekends
- Newborn nursery rounding option for interested candidates

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Guaranteed base salary
- 2-year partnership track
- Flat hierarchy - All partners are equal
- Shareholder earnings in the mid- to high-400s
- 70k recruitment package
- 5 weeks PTO, increasing to 7 weeks year 3, and up to 9 weeks year 15
- 6 paid holidays
- 12 early-out / late-in days
- Family health/dental, malpractice, dues/licensing/CME
