A Kansas critical access hospital is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to provide compassionate and high-quality healthcare to their friendly, close-knit, and growing community.

Opportunity:
• 4-day workweek - outpatient-based practice
• Participate in Primary and Secondary ER call. Low inpatient skill set with a low patient census.
• Practice in a brand new beautiful facility - state-of-the-art clinic, exam rooms, and procedure room all under the same roof as the hospital

Compensation:
• $300,000 salary guaranteed and additional compensation in call pay.
• $40,000 Sign-On Bonus plus relocation allowance
• Comprehensive benefits: 8 weeks PTO, option for Medical Mission work
