WSP is currently initiating a search for a Fare Payments Program Manager for our Atlanta, GA office. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing the successful delivery of complex revenue management and collection programs, working with various stakeholders, and managing teams to ensure the project's on-schedule completion

Your Impact
  • Leading a team responsible for program delivery, oversight, and management.
  • Ensuring the various contracts scopes, schedules, and technical requirements are met.
  • Directing day-to-day program operations across multiple disciplines.
  • Managing recruitment and retention of staff and consultants.
  • Establishing policies and procedures for various entities involved.
  • Implementing program and project control systems.
  • Addressing contractual issues and change orders.
  • Managing communication infrastructure upgrades and agreements with transit authorities.
  • Reporting on project status and engaging with stakeholders.
  • Serve as point of communication between WSP and clients
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.
Who You Are

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronic / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
  • 12+ years of experience in leading and managing capital programs and projects in the public and/or private sectors.
  • 6 years of experience overseeing public-private partnership contracts.
  • Developed business plans and technical and financial proposals for large fare payment programs.
  • Demonstrated success leading large programs or projects.
  • Experience with multi-million-dollar construction programs.
  • Collaborative experience with government, private partners, and governance boards.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet schedules and multi-tasks across multiple projects;
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Certified Construction Manager or Program Management Professional certification.
  • French language proficiency
